Attorney Abbey Blanford
Bio
Abbey has dedicated her career to protecting the rights and dignities of those who have suffered injury and loss due to the negligence of others. She understands the sensitive nature of these cases and strives to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients during challenging moments in their lives.
Abbey is a two-time Arkansas grad, earning her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. While at Arkansas, Abbey majored in psychology and focused her efforts on advocating for survivors of sexual assault. She interned at Northwest Arkansas Center for Sexual Assault and served on the advisory board for the University Title IX office where she championed the movement for a more trauma-informed approach to handling campus sexual assault cases.
In law school, she was elected secretary of the Student Bar Association and served two consecutive terms on the board. She also worked for the League of Women Voters as a social media and events coordinator for the organization. She has also externed for a local government legal department and clerked at law firms specializing in business litigation, IP, and personal injury.
Born and raised in the DFW metroplex, Abbey returned home to Texas upon graduating from law school. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to national parks across the country.
