Bio

Prior to joining Palmer Perlstein, Rebekah made a reputation for herself as a passionate litigator while working as a felony prosecutor for the Collin County District Attorney’s Office. While there, she handled every type of case from misdemeanor DWIs to felony sex assaults, crimes against children, and murders. She has tried over 100 jury trials on both sides of the system and knows what it takes to be successful in the courtroom. Rebekah obtained her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and graduated cum laude. Prior to that, she earned her B.A. in English and Communication from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Prior to becoming an attorney, Rebekah was a fifth and sixth grade English teacher.

Now, as the Managing Partner at Palmer Perlstein, she is committed to being a voice for her clients. She has been recognized by D Magazine as a Best Lawyer Under 40 as well as one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas for the last nine years. She has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star for the last two years by Super Lawyers. Her devotion to personalizing cases, giving clients access, and zealous advocacy is evident by results. Rebekah has quickly become known for securing no-bills at grand jury, refusals to prosecute, reduced and dismissed charges, skillful negotiation of plea bargains, and victories in the courtroom.

In her spare time, she does yoga, spends time with her family, and travels to anywhere there is a beach.
